Wide World Of Alpacas – Alpaca Education

Does the idea of raising alpacas interest you? Do you currently raise alpacas as a hobby and wondering how to turn it into a source of income?

Then this is a class you will want to attend.

Join us for an interactive weekend exploring the Why, Where and How of ALPACAS! We have been holding weekend alpaca education classes for over 15 years with a simple goal of sharing what we’ve discovered in our twenty years of raising alpacas.

We plan to address many interests and reasons to raise alpacas as well as address the current trends and industry goals to help provide a glimpse of what the future holds and the opportunities it presents. As time permits we will also be discussing facility and safety necessities, provide hands-on demonstrations of handling and husbandry procedures. Class materials will also provide additional resources for future reference, a record-keeping, a sample business plans and much more.

Our goal is to help create a positive experience for your family and the animals. This class is also part of the mentoring assistance to our new clients as we reduce our daily herd responsibilities.

This class is a must for anyone considering alpacas… they take time to answer everyone’s questions…They want us to be successful and are so helpful to walk students through the areas of alpaca ownership and business. 04/18 class attendee
