Now in our 23 year and breeding for our 6th generation, we needed a high quality, unrelated herdsire to continue to make progress in our herd improvement goals and Legend is well qualified. High in our herdsire criteria is the ability to pass on persistent fineness, uniformity and density and this boy checks those boxes as well as many more. At 10 years old Legend is still under 20 micron with show quality character
He has a limited number of breedings available. We also have a great selection of high quality herdsires for sale and lease that aren’t getting much work as they’re too related to use in our program.
