This fee may be required for tours that are scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Please call during business hours for short notice tours or if we have not responded to your email within 24 hours.

The Tour Fee of $60.00 is for groups up to 6. Larger groups can also be accommodated for an additional fee of $10.00 per person. Large groups, schools and non-profits can contact us for special rates.
